👕 Size Forgiveness
If it is your first Swish Embassy order or your first time ordering a specific garment type, and the fit is not right, we will replace up to 3 items with a different size or issue store credit. Same item only. No bracketing.
🛠️ Defects Covered
Manufacturing defects are covered for 30 days from delivery. If confirmed, we will offer a replacement, refund, or store credit.
📦 No Traditional Returns
Items are made to order from hundreds of design, garment, color, and size combinations. Because most items cannot be resold, traditional returns are not possible.
🚫 Final Sale Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, underwear, swimwear, leather goods, and similar personal items are final sale unless defective.
⏱️ Production and Changes
Orders are sent to our production partners shortly after purchase. Once placed, orders generally cannot be changed or canceled.

Orders ship from partners in the USA, Canada, Mexico, the UK, the EU, Australia, Japan, and China, routed to the nearest facility when possible. We aim to minimize duties and fees, though any charges assessed by customs are the responsibility of the recipient.
